Project Summary

The Street Alpha Challenge is a talent competition designed to discover and showcase young artists in a competitive environment. Held every Sunday at a partnered snack bar, the event provides an opportunity for contestants to compete for a cash prize and gain exposure to potential sponsors. The snack bar benefits from increased visibility and customer turnout, creating a mutually beneficial collaboration. Contestants perform using a provided beat, with necessary sound equipment available on-site.

Four(4) key roles for the execution of the Street Alpha Challenge:

  1. Project Coordinator (Mr. Desmond) – Oversees the entire event planning and execution, ensures smooth communication between teams, and manages logistics.
  2. Talent & Contestant Manager (Ms Ngonge Meiva) – Handles contestant registrations, communication, and coordination, ensuring participants are well-prepared for the competition.
  3. Media Production and Editing (Mr JOKO CEDRICK) – Manages publicity, social media engagement, video production, and content creation to attract contestants and an audience.

Venue & Sponsorship establishment, and Promotion  (Mr Awejan Emmanuel) – Works with venue owners, secures sponsorships, and ensures the event location is well set up for an optimal experience.
