Born Daphne Njie Efundem on September 20, 1989, in Buea, Cameroon, Daphne is one of the most influential voices in the Cameroonian music scene. She grew up in Douala, where she attended Government School Bepanda, before pursuing secondary education at Queen of the Rosary College in Mamfe and Inter Comprehensive High School in Buea. Following her passion for knowledge, Daphne later studied law and psychology at the University of Buea.
